I saw a few interesting things just a few minutes ago. First thing I saw was a “new” bird I haven’t seen before! My mum hasn’t seen them in a while, and said that it was a good sign that they’re showing up again. The bird I saw was a White-plumed Honeyeater, which I say amongst some Yellow-faced Honeyeaters. Second thing I saw was some Blue-Faced honeyeaters which I hadn’t seen in a while. I saw one specific Blue-face perching on one of the TV antennas, and the colours of the antenna seemed to have attracted the honeyeater. Most of the antenna was a bright blue, with a line of bright orange dots underneath. I don’t know why the antenna was this colour or why it’s made like that, but the orange underneath must have looked like blooming flowers or nectar, as the bird sat on a wire just underneath the antenna, trying to feed from the metal orange dots. I though it was kinda cute and funny. That’s all I have for now. Also, it’s apparently already spring, and I wasn’t paying attention. Anyways, I’m gonna draw a bird now.
