Sunny is a metahuman with a lot of interesting different abilities that connect to like, the weather, the land, atmosphere etc. He’s mostly known for making lightning and stuff but he’s able to do other stuff too, like manipulating the other elements such as fire, water and other shit. I know some people are gonna be like “lmao airbender from atla” but actually I based his abilities off of what shamans from world of warcraft can do lmao. which is..somewhat similar.

As for his personality and just who Sunny in general is, he’s an Australian Aboriginal man of the Gamilaraay people (like me!) Around about mid 20s when he joins the Justice League. He’s a chill guy who’s mostly patient with people and situations, and gets along with pretty much anybody he comes across (unless they’re being a cunt lol). He can be a bit mischievous and likes to be naughty occasionally.

As a superhero, he goes John Stewart’s route and decides to not have a secret identity because he thinks that shit is too much effort, but he also wants other Aboriginal people to have a public figure like himself to look up to and stuff. I’d say he’s less likely to do crime-fighting stuff, and he’s more like a fire fighter and a disaster relief guy (just with superpowers).

Also his “superhero suit” is just whatever the hell he’s wearing at the time of a crisis LMAO he doesn’t have the money nor the ability to always have a “proper” costume so sometimes he’s just. wearing shorts. and nothing else. LMAO. but when he can, he will throw his custom jacket over his shirt and bugger off to wherever he needs to go. I imagine that he just bought a random ass wind-proof jacket for cheap and then painted the blue lightning design with fabric paint, and then glued a bunch of light blue glitter over the top :) and that’s the extent of his “superhero suit”.
